New Horsehair Barrister's Wig

A traditional junior barrister's wig made from horsehair. 

Once ordered, we will send you a form to fill in with information regarding sizing, measurements and delivery. Each wig is made to order so please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery.

Wig Sizing:
Measure the circumference of your head about half an inch above your eyebrows (this should be around the middle of your forehead) or half an inch from the top of your ear.

In order to be confident in your sizing, it is advisable to take this measurement multiple times (we recommend a minimum of two or three times), using a soft tape.

The tape should fit closely but comfortably around the head, feeling neither too loose nor uncomfortably tight. Use the chart below to determine your size.

These wigs are custom made items that cannot be exchanged. 

If your wig does not fit, then it can be returned once for an adjustment at no extra cost but there may be additional charges thereafter. 

Once you have placed an order for your wig, any requested changes to sizing may result in an additional charge if the wig has already been started, up to and including the cost of a brand new wig so please ensure the measurements are correct when you please the order.

Your wig will be commenced as soon as your order is placed therefore the order cannot be cancelled and a full refund provided. In some circumstances a partial refund may be available depending on how much of the wig has been made.
